The owner of the request (the consumer) is contacted in order to confirm the shipment of the product, and the store has the right to cancel the request in the event of no response and confirmation of the request by the consumer.

Once we receive the product you have purchased, the product will be inspected, and we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
The customer will have to provide us with his bank account details through the email orders@adawliah.com, and the approved refund process will take place within 48 to 72 hours.
