Complaint Handling Procedures

Procedures and methods followed to receive and process consumer complaints

All consumer complaints are received within one business day and are processed as follows:

Sales Complaints

Processed within two business days of submitting the complaint.

Warranty and Maintenance Complaints

Processed by the customer delivering the product to one of the maintenance branches in the Kingdom. Processing takes a maximum of fourteen business days for faults covered by the warranty, excluding the period for delivery of spare parts from the manufacturer, as well as official holidays and vacations.

Other Brands

Customers must contact the authorized maintenance centers directly from the local agent.

Note: All complaints are received and processed according to approved quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
